Welcome to Guthrie Grove Church of God.  We are glad that you are here.
Paul assured the saints in Corinth, God has delivered us and He will deliver us.  On Him we set our hope that He will continue to deliver us.  To God be the glory.

4 things you can’t recover:
the Stone (After the throw), the Word (after it’s said), the Occasion (After it’s missed) and the Time (After it’s gone).

SE Youth Camp:
SE Youth Camp 2015 is now history, but fond memories & warm friendships remain-as well as some bedding & towels which can be claimed in the Fellow-ship Hall!  Please join us tonight at 6 pm for a Camp Afterglow Service & hear how our campers & staff were blessed by their week at Blowing Rock.  Once again, thanks Guthrie Grove for your generous help in providing tuition and transportation towards this important & inspirational event.

FUEL is just 3 weeks away; this year’s them is EPIC.  Guthrie Grove pays ½ of the tuition at the EARLY-BIRD registration price.  If you haven’t registered, see Rebecca/Nikki ASAP.  Youth workers (23 & older) are encouraged to attend, and we encourage contributions to the Beth Simpson Camp Fund or the BYF, to help aid in upcoming FUEL tuition/transportation costs.

General Conference:
Our 95th Annual General Conference (Live to Serve; Serve to Live) is July 8-10.  Two directors will be elected to the Board of Directors; nominees include Carrie Briggs, Jason Cooper, Joe Myers & Dennis Sharp.  The conference schedule is on entryway table.  Please keep ABC and the General Conference in your prayers.  You may still register by calling 800.347.4261 or by visiting abc-coggc.com.

Sister’s Act:
Sister’s Act enjoyed a red, white & blue cake & other summer refreshments last Tues. evening at their monthly meeting.  All ladies are always invited to attend.

The Montgomery’s are pleased to announce their son-in-law has accepted an Associate Pastor position at Cornerstone Church in McDonough, GA.  Paige and Jack will be moving South at the end of July; keep them in your prayers during this time of transition.  Also remember Ed and Mimi in their upcoming travels.  They will spend July visiting church families/preaching at many of our Indiana churches.  Pray for their safety and for God’s blessing as they minister together.
