The church has received the following card from Bill Pierce and family:
"We wish to thank the Guthrie Grove Church for the flowers and the thought at this time. We really appreciated those members that were there and the kind words, we really needed it & appreciated it." Please continue to lift Bill and family up in your prayers during this time of loss and sorrow.
Libby Welch has also written to say she loves the Orchid & appreciates all our thoughts & prayers. She also states, "I have the reputation of having the handsomest pastors in the building. Jim is included with you & along with my pastor (Who looks like he's about 16)."

Sister's Act met Tuesday evening, enjoyed a nice summer meal together and signed cards for many of our shut-in members and friends. Please continue to pray for those with particular needs & unable to join us for worship on a regular basis.
