Kerry & Lisa Pack will celebrate their wedding anniversary on Nov. 3rd.
The Pack family thanks the church for the use of the kitchen/Fellowship Hall last Sun. afternoon. A large number were in attendance at this year's annual reunion.
Congratulations to Evan and Ashley Hall upon the birth of their son (Casey Reed: 7 lbs. and 6 ounces, 21 inches in length). May God bless you all during this special time.
The deacons are seeking your ideas as to who might be the recipient(s) of this year's Thanksgiving Love Offering. (Please speak to Bobby Partain or one of the deacons)
This year's Thanksgiving Service (Sponsored by the Sunday School) will be held Wed. Nov. 19: 7 pm. If there are others (In addition to Sunday School classes) who would like to participate in this service of worship and praise, please see Nikki Farr.
A time of refreshments and fellowship will occur following the evening service.
Thanks to all who are bidding on the items in the Sanctuary foyer. Our silent bidding will officially CLOSE next Sun., Nov. 9th at 12:30 pm. All proceeds will benefit foreign missions (Lord's Harvest International).

Thanks to all who made this year's Trunk-or-Treat a big success. It was an enjoyable evening for all & a chance to meet some families in our community, and could not have happened without your help. Thanks again.
The Fall Foliage Tour to North Greenville County (Including the Poinsett Bridge) is this coming Thurs,, Nov. 6th. Thanks to Wayne for organizing this day trip & for driving the van. Be at the church at 9:15 am, and speak to Wayne or one of the pastors if you need to be picked up. Estimated time of arrival is 3-4 pm.
If you wish to represent Guthrie Grove at this year's Anderson Interfaith Ministry Volunteer Recognition Celebration on Thurs., Nov. 6 (6 pm at Boulevard Baptist Church), please speak to Pastor Mike. The church will be happy to pay the $10 entrance fee if you'd like to attend and find out more about this valuable program.
Pastor Jim and family will be moving to their new home (204 Evergreen St., Williamston) this weekend. If you're able/willing to help with their move on Saturday morning, Nov. 8th, please contact Pastor Jim.
Parents: Do you know where your children are doing Sunday School and Morning Worship? There are continual reports of youth wandering outside & throughout the building. Please help us to remedy this situation, and remember that the balcony is off limits to unsupervised youth. Thank you.
Next Sunday is Veteran's Day. It has been suggested that our veterans (Or family members of vets) bring photos and or/memorabilia to display in the church foyer. Thanks, and give Wayne a call (338-9603) if you have questions.
